FLOW

Awaken

A steady, breath-led practice inspired by Vinyasa. Flow classes are thoughtfully designed to align with the seasons, integrating both energetic pathways and muscular activation. Some practices may feels more strengthening and heat-building, while others invite you to slow down and cultivate stillness. Each sequence offers a balance of movement and pause, creating space for clarity, renewal, and presence.

YIN + SOUND

Release

A grounding blend of yin & restorative yoga to help you release, reset, and return to stillness. Supported by props and slow, passively held postures, this class soothes the nervous system and invites deep rest. Each session closes with gentle sound healing to guide you into a state of ease and integration.

SLOW FLOW

Soften

A nurturing blend of mindful movement and restful postures. Slow Flow weaves soft transitions with longer-held shapes to release tension, calm the mind, and settle the nervous system. An invitation to move gently, breathe deeply, and step into clarity and ease.

FLOW + RESTORE

Harmony

This class begins with a gentle Vinyasa-style movement to awaken and energize the body before transitioning into longer-held Yin postures. It's a balanced practice, building warmth and flow, then softening into stillness. Designed to both release tension and restore your energy for the day ahead.

WARM FLOW

Balance

Warm Flow is a mindful vinyasa-style class practiced in a gently heated room (85°F). The warmth supports mobility, circulation, and muscle release, allowing for a fluid, grounded, and nourishing practice. Expect intentional sequencing, a mix of steady movement, long held poses and space to connect inward through breath and sensation.

FREE COMMUNITY PRACTICE

Offering

On the first Saturday of each month Drift Yoga will host a FREE by-donation Karma Class, with 100% of proceeds supporting local charities and community initiatives. These classes are an invitation to gather on the mat, move with intention, and give back together.
