Vinyasa

Awaken

A steady, breath-led practice inspired by Vinyasa. Flow classes are thoughtfully designed to align with the seasons, integrating both energetic pathways and muscular activation. Some practices may feels more strengthening and heat-building, while others invite you to slow down and cultivate stillness. Each sequence offers a balance of movement and pause, creating space for clarity, renewal, and presence.

Soul Sadhana

Devotion

Step beyond the physical and dive into the heart of your practice. Soul Sadhana is an ritual that weaves our monthly theme into the full spectrum of yoga.

Beyond just movement, we integrate pranayama (breathwork), mudra (hand gestures), and mantra (sacred sound) to unlock the true medicine of the practice. By layering these ancient tools alongside a soulful flow, we invite a deeper magic to surface, aligning your whole being with the energy of the season.

Community Sangha

Offering

On the first Saturday of each month Drift Yoga will host a by-donation practice, with 100% of proceeds supporting local charities and community initiatives. These classes are an invitation to gather on the mat, move with intention, and give back together.

Yin Yoga & Sound

Release

Find your medicine in the quiet. We settle into floor-based shapes for 3 to 5 minutes, using the gift of time to release the deep connective tissues and fascia where we carry our hidden tension. It’s not about effort, but surrender—softening into the stillness and breathing into the space you create.

We seal the practice with a healing Sound Bath, letting sacred vibrations carry you into a state of effortless, soul-level rest.

Flow & Restore

Harmony

A sanctuary for those seeking both motion and medicine. Our Flow & Restore practice weaves together fluid, gentle sequences with the quiet depth of long-held Yin poses. By balancing the rhythm of the breath with the magic of stillness, we invite the body to let go and the mind to come home.

Roll & release

Ease

A slow-motion reset for body and mind. This class weaves together gentle movement with  myofascial release using massage balls to target tension in the body. We balance this active release with the profound stillness of Yin and Restorative poses, allowing the nervous system to fully recalibrate. An offering designed to leave you feeling spacious, mobile, and deeply at peace.
