Description
Roll & Release is a slower, more therapeutic style of practice designed to help unwind patterns of tension held within the body. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, and myofascial release techniques using massage balls, this class works to soften areas of restriction while improving mobility and body awareness. You may explore simple somatic practices such as tapping, shaking, and breathwork to help the nervous system settle and regulate. Rather than striving for intensity or performance, this practice encourages curiosity, listening, and reconnection with your body’s natural rhythms. Students often leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and deeply grounded. All levels welcome.
