Time: 10:30 - 11:30 AM
This 3-week summer series is designed for children ages 7-9 to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness in a supportive and playful environment. Each class weaves together yoga poses, creative games, breath-work, and relaxation practices to support emotional regulation, focus, and body awareness.
Led by certified kids yoga teacher Alana Frogley, classes are structured to allow space for creativity while building confidence and connection within a consistent group.
* A minimum of 4 participants is required for the series to run. We'll be in touch ahead of time if we need to make any adjustments based on registration.
