Slow Flow & Restore begins with a gentle, mindful flow practice designed to move the body in a steady, accessible way. The pace is slower than a traditional flow, allowing time to explore each posture with awareness and ease. The second half of the class shifts into restorative yoga, where supportive props such as bolsters and blankets allow the body to completely relax. Sound elements may be woven into the practice to deepen the experience of rest. This class is ideal for those seeking a balance between movement and restoration. Suitable for all levels.
