At Drift Yoga, we believe the foundations of mindfulness and movement can begin early. Our kids yoga classes are playful, creative, and gently grounding. Inviting children into a space where they can move, breathe, and simply be themselves.

We offer our kids yoga in a series format rather than drop-in to support consistency and connection within the group. A familiar circle helps little ones settle, feel safe, and grow together over time. ​​
​
Parents are welcome to stay, take part, or drop off - whatever feels best for you and your child.

MEET THE TEACHER
Guided with Heart
Alana Frogley is a certified kids yoga teacher with a passion for helping young minds and bodies grow through movement, mindfulness, and play. If your child goes to school in Kimberley, chances are they know her as Ms. Frogley.

Since moving from North Vancouver, Alana has been sharing yoga and mindfulness in classrooms, gyms, and outdoor spaces across the community. With a nurturing approach and creative spirit, she leads fun, engaging classes designed to build confidence, focus, and calm.

She's excited to bring her love of yoga to the Drift community and hold space for kids to stretch, breathe, and shine.

Helpful Info for Parents
What should by child bring? Just a water bottle and comfortable clothing they can move in. We provide mats and all the props they'll need.
Where are you located? We are located at 340 St Mary Lake Rd. Kimberley, BC. You'll find us at 340 St Mary Lake Road, nestled between Kimberley and Marysville - just two minutes up the road from town. We share a laneway; look for the black building close to the road - that's the studio. If you've reached the campground, you've gone just a little too far.
Can I stay during the class? Yes, absolutely! Parents are welcome to stay if it helps your child feel more at ease. You're also welcome to drop off if they're comfortable. We aim to create a safe, supported space either way.
What if we need to miss a class? We know life can be busy and full at times! While we run this as a series to build consistency and connection within the group, let us know in advance if you need to miss a week and we are more than happy to pro-rate the series for you.
Will this series run again? We're hoping to offer more kids yoga throughout the year based on interest. If you'd like to see more of these offerings, let us know or join our newsletter to stay in the loop!
