About the event
Join Leanne Davis and Julie Herringshaw for a 4-hour mini retreat to honour the fire of Summer Solstice.
We'll begin with a fire-inspired flow practice, followed by light snacks + refreshments and a conversation on the energy of summer through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The evening continues with a deeply restorative Yin practice supported with sound and individualized acupuncture to help balance the fire element and support clarity, direction and confidence in the season ahead.
You'll also receive a take-home reflection guide to continue working with the energy of summer.
