You are invited into a day of quiet, reflection and embodied awareness.

Together we'll step into shared silence, returning again, and again to the sacredness of presence through the breath, the senses, and the body.

Throughout of the day, you'll be lovingly guided through grounding meditations, gentle awareness practices, and imaginative self-reflection to awaken a deeper sense of connection and inner spaciousness.

You will be lead through two gentle, grounding practices to support your connection to body and breath throughout the day. The morning session will begin with a softly led flow and gradually shift into space for intuitive, self-led movement, allowing you to explore familiar patterns or move freely in silence, listening inward. The afternoon session will offer a yin and restorative blend with sound to help soother the nervous system and seal the experience in quiet integration.
