About the event
Join us for Connect & Create - a grounding retreat that blends yoga, pottery, and presence.
The evening begins with a gentle yoga flow to connect body and breath. You’ll then move into a creative hand-building session, where you’ll craft a botanical clay dish using natural textures and simple techniques.
Enjoy nourishing refreshments, inspiring company, and a peaceful close to the evening with meditation and sound.
No experience is needed - just come as you are. You’ll leave with something beautiful you made with your own two hands.
All materials are included, and finished pieces will be kiln-fired and available for pickup at a later gathering.
