MORNING FLOW

Awaken

Start your day with this warm, breath-led flow. Inspired by Vinyasa, this class invites you to move intentionally - linking each breath to movement, and each movement to awareness. Savour the quiet moments  between postures, explore strength, and awaken the body with grace and clarity. A steady, nourishing way to begin your day grounded and radiant.

MORNING MELT

Soften

Start your day with a soft exhale.

This slow, nurturing class combines gentle movement with restful postures, inviting the body to release tension and the mind to settle. Melt into the support of props, warmth, stillness and step into your day with calm clarity.

FLOW INTO YIN

Balance

This class invites you to move from a dynamic flow into stillness. Begin with a breath-led vinyasa sequence to awaken the body and clear the mind, then ease into long-held yin postures for deep release and nervous system support. A balanced blend of strength and softness to rise with purpose and settle into presence.

EVENING UNWIND

Release

A grounding blend of yin & restorative yoga to help you release, reset, and return to stillness. Supported by props and slow, passively held postures, this class soothes the nervous system and invites deep rest. Each session closes with gentle sound healing to guide you into a state of ease and integration.

EVENING FLOW

Ignite

A strong, breath-led flow designed to awaken your inner fire and move energy through the body with purpose. Expect creative transitions, intentional challenge, and space to explore your edges. Held in a supportive environment, this class is an invitation to rise, release, and reconnect with your strength as you close the day with power and presence.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

A note on pre-booking and parking

While our studio has plenty of space to welcome you in for practice, on-site parking is limited. To keep things flowing smoothly, we encourage you to walk, bike, or carpool when possible. When booking your class, you'll notice two options: one for those requiring on-site parking (limited availability) and those arriving without a vehicle (carpooling, biking, etc.) This helps us gently manage the flow of cars on the property.

We kindly ask that you do not park along the road and that you respect our neighbour's driveways and private lanes. Please do not driving down or park on their property. Thank you, your care and consideration helps us maintain a peaceful experience for everyone who practices here and lives nearby.
