With the recent changes due to COVID-19 I am excited to be offering yoga classes online so we can come together as a community and continue to grow & deepen our practice together.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the connections I have made with people all over the world through these classes! I aim to offer you the encouragement and inspiration to continue your practice anytime and anywhere in the world!

MONDAY'S | Pre-Recorded
Every Monday throughout January you can practice along to a variety of Flow classes. Throughout the month we will explore various peak poses, themes, & creative transitions while bringing harmony to both breath and movement. As always, you are invited to practice Ahimsa; non-violence. Be kind & gentle with yourself by exploring modifications and resting poses as needed!
Relax & Restore
FRIDAY'S | Pre-Recorded
Each Friday you have the option of following along to a variety of slow and soothing classes to offer you a form of rejuvenation from the week. These classes will vary from Yin Yoga, Meditation, Restorative to nice and gentle Slow Flow's. These classes are a great time to gather any props you have to help support yourself and your practice.
(bolsters, pillows, blankets, blocks or books)
+ You will receive your class via email on the date you booked.
+ Download the class so you can have lifetime access and practice whenever you want!
+ With each class you will receive a link to a custom made playlist for you to move along to if you choose.
