Playa Viva has designed a guest experience to make you feel like you're on vacation at your own private beach home. At Playa Viva we will be fully immersed in nature, each room with a oceanview, allowing you to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up with the warm breeze on your skin.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE ON THE RETREAT.
THE REMAINDER OF YOUR TOTAL WILL BE DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT.
YOU ARE ALSO WELCOME TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT UPFRONT.
It is important to note that all rooms are shared accommodation. You are welcome to book as a group or a solo traveler and we will find the perfect room and participants for you to share the experience with.
We are staying at a ECO-luxury venue where we will be living 100% off the grid, relying on solar power. With that said, there is no AC in the rooms, however each room has been thoughtfully designed to welcome in a natural breeze. Because we are immersed in nature with open, yet private rooms, there may be insects
and wildlife throughout the property. Each bed comes with a mosquito net to offer protection in the evenings.

PROPERTY
Playa Viva is situated on a mile of pristine private beach surrounded by lush green palms. Tour the on-site farm where they grow some of our food, including coconuts, mangos, cashews, tamarind, tomatoes, lettuces, cactus and many other delights. Visit the baby sea turtle sanctuary and explore the diverse coastal ecosystem. With each passing moment at Playa Viva, you’ll feel more connected to the natural world around you.
FARM-TO-TABLE
At Playa Viva, their commitment around food is to deliver a farm-to-table dining experience that ensures you are served fresh, healthy foods from their own farm and other local farmers. They take health very seriously, and that mindset starts with the health of the earth and continues to include all living systems that support food production, including the producer, you and your family. They are conscious that each guest comes to the table with their own perspective and thus accommodate many diets, including Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, low to no sugar, gluten free and other special dietary concerns.
EXCURSIONS
Whether it’s exploring the stunning natural landscape of the Mexican coast or the local communities around Playa Viva, they have a variety of tours and activities to satisfy your desires. The focus of their excursions is to connect you with local operators who promote activities that will engage you with the local community and the environment.
You may choose adventures on land or on the ocean, on a farm or in a home, but they will all leave you with an authentic experience you won’t find anywhere else.
MASSAGES
When it comes to relaxing and pampering yourself, what could be better than a massage right on the beach? Playa Viva is always staffed with a masseuse, some of whom can provide additional spa services such as facials and specialty scrubs using locally harvested materials.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Save your space on the retreat with a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit or pay in full.
Final payments will be due 90 days prior to the retreat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel before 90 days prior to the retreat you will receive a 100% refund minus the deposit.
If you cancel less than 90 days prior to the retreat 100% of the trip will be forfeited.
COVID: Payments will be refunded given the occurrence of a border closure. I cannot however issue refunds outside of the normal policy if you have COVID at the time of the retreat. Travel insurance is highly encouraged.
