Corporate Yoga and Meditation classes are offered online via Zoom. Online classes can be available worldwide, depending on where you are in the world.
Classes are tailored specifically depending on your team and their needs and experience level. To begin, we’ll start with a consultation call to discuss options, areas of interest and cover any questions you may have. Once a session is booked for your workplace, I’ll design a class that is suitable depending on factors such as group size, stress levels and areas of interest, taking into account any injuries.
Classes can be booked as a once off or a regular slot in your company calendar, giving your employees the allocated time to breathe deep and take a meaningful pause in their busy day.
